Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India

The journey of a mother is a story of bravery that deserves understanding filled with care and love. Being the one to support a woman through this stage is not just a profession; it is an opportunity that enriches your life as much as it uplifts hers.
The 85-hour length of this course is Yoga Alliance's exact standard for a Registered Prenatal Yoga School (RPYS) training — and Pure Soul holds the RPYS credential, which most yoga schools do not. Your training here follows the official international standard for teaching yoga through pregnancy and motherhood.
Over 11 days you will learn trimester-specific yoga postures, safe modifications, breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation practices — and something few schools anywhere can teach: Garbha Sanskar, the ancient Indian wisdom of nurturing the child in the womb through sound, breath and the mother's own peace of mind. Through hands-on teaching practice, you will also learn to guide mothers after childbirth as they rebuild strength and restore balance.
On completing the course and its assessment, you receive your 85-hour certificate. If you already hold a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, you become eligible to register with Yoga Alliance USA as an RPYT (Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher).
By deeply participating in our training course, you gain the confidence to support mothers — securing a career path that nourishes your heart and soul.
