Pranayama Healing Retreat in Rishikesh, India

Pranayama Healing Retreat in Rishikesh

Pranayama — the yogic science of breath — is one of the most powerful tools we have for physical, mental and emotional healing.

With its ability to regulate breath and energy flow in the body, pranayama reduces stress, sharpens focus and restores overall well-being. Our Pranayama Healing Retreat in Rishikesh is a 100-hour certified program over 10 immersive days — part healing journey, part deep training in the art of conscious breathing.

Led by experienced and certified yoga teachers, the retreat covers the history, philosophy and techniques of pranayama — from foundational diaphragmatic breathing to Bhastrika, Brahmari and the subtler practices — along with the teaching skills to share them. Because Pure Soul is a Yoga Alliance-registered school and our lead faculty holds the YACEP designation, your hours also count toward Yoga Alliance Continuing Education if you already hold an RYT.

Whether you come to heal, to restore balance, or to deepen your relationship with the breath, these ten days will change how you breathe for the rest of your life.
