Pure Soul Yoga School welcomes students across five soulful destinations — Rishikesh (India), Goa (India), Kerala (India), Bali (Indonesia), and Nepal. Each location offers its own unique energy, from Rishikesh's sacred banks of the Ganges, known as the yoga capital of the world, to Bali's tropical serenity and Nepal's Himalayan stillness — giving you the freedom to choose the setting that speaks to your journey.
Who can join the yoga programs?
Our programs are open to beginners, intermediate, and advanced practitioners. No prior yoga experience is required unless stated otherwise.

What yoga courses do you offer?
We offer Yoga Teacher Training Courses (100-hour, 200-hour, 300-hour and 500-hour), specialty trainings (85-hour prenatal, 95-hour kids, yin yoga, tai chi qigong, pranayama, meditation and yoga nidra), plus yoga, ayurveda and healing retreats across our five destinations.
Are your yoga courses recognised by Yoga Alliance?
Yes. Pure Soul Yoga School is a Yoga Alliance-registered school holding four credentials — RYS 200, RYS 300, RCYS (Children's Yoga) and RPYS (Prenatal Yoga) — so our teacher training courses are recognised internationally and graduates can register as RYT, RCYT or RPYT with Yoga Alliance.
What is included in a Yoga Teacher Training Course?
The course includes asana practice, pranayama, meditation, anatomy, yoga philosophy, teaching methodology, and practical teaching sessions.
How long are the yoga courses?
Course length depends on the program you choose — from a 12-day 100-hour course, to 23 days for the 200-hour, 27 days for the 300-hour, and 58 days (about 8 weeks) for the 500-hour. Specialty trainings run from 5 days (50-hour meditation) up to 24 days (Tai Chi & Qigong). Retreat durations are flexible, so you can shape the experience around what you truly need.
Will I be able to teach yoga after completing the course?
Yes, after successful completion of a teacher training course, you will be eligible to teach yoga worldwide.

Is accommodation included in the course fee?
Yes, course fees generally include comfortable accommodation during your stay at the center.
What type of rooms are available?
We offer clean and comfortable private or shared rooms with basic amenities to support a yogic lifestyle.
Is yoga food provided during the stay?
Yes, we provide three daily nutritious vegetarian yogic meals prepared according to yogic principles.
Do you provide Wi-Fi and other basic facilities?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available along with essential facilities such as hot water, laundry access, and common relaxation areas.
Is the environment suitable for beginners and solo travelers?
Absolutely. Our center is safe, welcoming, and supportive, especially for beginners and solo travelers.

How can I reach Pure Soul Yoga School?
- Rishikesh, India — Fly into Dehradun (Jolly Grant) Airport, then a short taxi ride to Rishikesh. Also reachable by train or bus from major Indian cities.
- Goa, India (Arambol, North Goa) — Fly into Goa's Manohar International (Mopa) or Dabolim Airport, then a taxi ride (roughly 1.5–2 hours) north to Arambol.
- Kerala, India (Varkala) — Fly into Trivandrum (Thiruvananthapuram) International Airport, followed by a short taxi ride (about 45 minutes) to Varkala.
- Nepal (Lekhnath, near Begnas Lake, Pokhara) — Fly into Kathmandu's Tribhuvan International Airport, then a short domestic flight or scenic drive to Pokhara, followed by a taxi to Lekhnath.
- Bali, Indonesia (Ubud) — Fly into Ngurah Rai (Denpasar) International Airport, then a taxi ride (about 1–1.5 hours) to Ubud.
How do I book a yoga course?

What should I bring for the yoga course?
Bring comfortable yoga clothing, a reusable water bottle, personal toiletries, and an open mind for learning.
Do you offer airport pickup services?
Yes, airport pickup from Dehradun Airport can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Bookings are confirmed with a 20% advance deposit, which is non-refundable but can be transferred once to a future date of the same program within 12 months. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.
