The Space to Go Deep

Yoga Nidra Healing Retreat in Rishikesh, India

Yoga Nidra Healing Retreat in Rishikesh

Are you ready to take your Yoga Nidra practice to the next level and become a certified teacher?

Yoga Nidra — also known as "Yogic Sleep" — is a state of deep conscious rest where the body is completely relaxed while the mind remains alert. Through visualisation, breath awareness and body scanning, the practice reduces stress, improves sleep, boosts creativity and cultivates profound inner peace.

Our 10-11 day Yoga Nidra Healing Retreat is designed to help you experience deep rest, settle the nervous system and reconnect with the awareness within yourself — and then learn to guide others there. Led by experienced Yoga Nidra instructors, the course covers everything from history and philosophy to the practical art of creating and guiding complete Yoga Nidra sessions.

Because Pure Soul is a Yoga Alliance-registered school and our lead faculty holds the YACEP designation, your training hours also count toward Yoga Alliance Continuing Education if you already hold an RYT. Join us and take the first step towards deep rest, inner healing and a renewed connection with yourself.
