Is the 200 hour course recognised by Yoga Alliance?
Yes, our 200-hour YTT in Kerala is delivered by a Yoga Alliance-registered school (RYS), which means that once you complete the course, you can register as an RYT-200 (Registered Yoga Teacher) and teach anywhere in the world.
What if I miss a class?
We encourage full attendance, but if you are sick or have an emergency, teachers will help you catch up on any missed topics.
