Terms and Conditions

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit as indicated in the course details. The remaining balance is payable on arrival or by the date specified in your booking confirmation.

Fees are quoted in the currency shown on each course page. Bank or card processing charges are the responsibility of the student.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to a future course subject to availability, provided the request is made in writing at least 30 days before the course start date.

No refunds are issued for early departures, missed sessions, or courses not completed.

Participation in yoga classes is at your own risk. Students are required to disclose any health conditions or injuries that may affect their practice. Our teachers reserve the right to modify or exclude students from practices that may be unsafe for them.

Students are expected to respect our teachers, fellow students, staff, and the local community. Behaviour that is disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe may result in dismissal from the program without refund.

All course materials, manuals, videos, and teachings remain the intellectual property of Pure Soul Yoga School. Reproduction, resale, or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

Pure Soul Yoga School is not liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to property occurring during your stay or participation in our programs. Travel and medical insurance is strongly recommended.
