Terms and Conditions

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of an advance deposit of 20% of the total course fee. The remaining balance is payable on arrival or by the date specified in your booking confirmation.

Fees are quoted in the currency shown on each course page. Bank or card processing charges are the responsibility of the student.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once to a future date of the same program, subject to availability, within 12 months of your original start month. Transfer requests must be made in writing (email is sufficient). Full details are set out in our Refund Policy.

No refunds are issued for early departures, missed sessions, or courses not completed.

Participation in yoga classes is at your own risk. Students are required to disclose any health conditions or injuries that may affect their practice. Our teachers reserve the right to modify or exclude students from practices that may be unsafe for them.

Students are expected to respect our teachers, fellow students, staff, and the local community. Behaviour that is disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe may result in dismissal from the program without refund.

All course materials, manuals, videos, and teachings remain the intellectual property of Pure Soul Yoga School. Reproduction, resale, or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

Pure Soul Yoga School is not liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to property occurring during your stay or participation in our programs. Travel and medical insurance is strongly recommended.
