Benefits

What Gifts Will You Carry Home from our Yoga Retreat in Nepal

“A yoga retreat in Nepal isn't measured by the days you spend here—it's measured by the transformation you carry forward into every day that follows.”

Build Strength That Radiates from Within

Daily sunrise flows and restorative sessions steadily rebuild your strength, balance and posture — with the Himalayas as your practice hall.

Heal the Hidden Wounds You've Been Carrying

Between guided meditation, journaling and lakeside silence, the retreat gives you safe space to process what daily life never leaves room for — and to finally set some of it down.

Sleep Deeply and Wake Fully

Mountain air, early mornings and genuine physical practice retrain your sleep naturally. Most guests are sleeping deeper within their first few nights.

Reconnect with the Silence Within

Our silent hours and meditation practice — in one of the quietest corners of the Himalayas — teach you to be comfortable in stillness again.

Glow From the Inside Out

Wholesome sattvic food, daily movement, rest and mountain walks work together — guests routinely leave looking as renewed as they feel.

Unlock the Creative Power Already Inside You

When the mental noise settles, ideas return. Journaling sessions and free time by Begnas Lake give your mind the space it needs to create again.

The story of us

What Makes Our Yoga Retreat Special?

  • Movement Practices Designed for your body: We understand your body and abilities are unique, which is why our customised yoga practices are designed for you, including concentration exercises that suit the nature of your mind and adjusted yoga poses for specific strengths and flexibility. We read your body, your energy and your soul.
  • Healing Happens in Many Forms—We Honour Them All: We understand that healing happens through many pathways and we create space for all of them to help you feel fully rejuvenated. Enjoy a complimentary healing massage, sound-healing ceremonies and nature-based activities — with further massages bookable during your stay.
  • A Place for Solo Travellers: Being an introvert in group settings can sometimes feel difficult. We have planned our yoga retreat with your needs in mind. Here, you have full permission to be silent when you need to be, while still having the opportunity for genuine connections that form naturally.
  • Plans That Actually Fit Your Real Life: Many retreats give you an amazing week and then send you home with little more than a pat on the back and a “good luck.’’ But in our retreat program, you’ll receive plans you can realistically maintain at home.
  • Friendships Bloom Without the Pressure: Connection happens organically here—over shared meals, quiet walks, or spontaneous conversations. There are no forced bonding activities because we trust that like-minded souls will find each other naturally, creating friendships that last long after the retreat ends.
