50 Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India

Pure Soul Yoga School welcomes everyone drawn to the quiet, meditative side of yoga — whether you are deepening your own practice or preparing to teach Yin with confidence.
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga in which postures are held passively for longer periods — typically 3 to 5 minutes or more. Rather than working the muscles, these long holds reach the deep connective tissues, fascia and joints, releasing stored tension, improving flexibility and calming the nervous system into true stillness.
Our 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training is a focused 7-day intensive covering Yin philosophy, anatomy of the connective tissues and meridians, and the teaching methodology of long-held practice. It is taught at a Yoga Alliance-registered school, and because our lead faculty holds the YACEP designation, your training hours also count toward Yoga Alliance Continuing Education — a genuine credential boost for teachers who already hold an RYT.
In a small group of maximum 20 students, our experienced teachers guide you through this transformative journey — helping you deepen your practice and become a skilled, confident Yin Yoga teacher.
