Rules For the Student

  • During the retreat, the consumption of alcohol, meat and tobacco is strictly forbidden as these disturb concentration, energy levels and overall well-being.
  • All students should follow school guidelines.
  • If you plan to fast on any day, please inform the kitchen chief in advance to help minimise food waste.
  • Always show respect to fellow participants, teachers and staff members to maintain a peaceful environment.
  • Arrive on time for classes, sessions and workshops to ensure an effective experience for everyone.
  • Throughout the retreat, students are encouraged to maintain a clean and healthy lifestyle.

Retreat Refund Policy

  • If you cancel your reservation 30 days or more before the start date of the retreat, you will receive a full refund minus 10% administrative charges.
  • If you cancel your reservation between 15-30 days before the start date, you will receive a 50% refund, minus administrative charges.
  • If you cancel your reservation less than 15 days before the start date, no refund will be given.
  • In case of unforeseen situations such as natural disasters or political unrest, the school reserves the right to cancel the retreat. In this case, you will receive a full refund of all fees paid.
  • All cancellation requests must be made in writing to our customer service team. The refund policy applies to the cost of the retreat only and does not cover additional expenses such as flights or travel insurance.
