Panchakarma Detox Therapies

Looking to alleviate your pain naturally and holistically? Join our Pain Management Yoga Retreat at Pure Soul Yoga School in Rishikesh.
Our pain management program in Rishikesh is a specialised program offered to help people manage and alleviate chronic pain through the use of yoga, meditation and other natural therapies — with special focus on the aches of modern working life: back, neck and shoulder strain from long sitting hours, poor posture and stress.
Your program begins with a consultation with our Ayurvedic doctor, who assesses your condition and builds your personal healing plan — therapeutic yoga, breathwork, and the traditional Ayurvedic treatments best suited to your body, from Abhyanga oil massage to Shirodhara and doctor-prescribed Panchakarma. One full-body massage is included; further treatments are added only as your body needs them.
At Pure Soul Yoga School, we believe in a holistic approach to pain management that works on the causes of pain rather than simply masking symptoms. You will enjoy a comfortable private room, anti-inflammatory sattvic meals and the serene surroundings of Rishikesh, the yoga capital of the world.
Come and take the first step towards living more comfortably with less pain — join us for this life-changing experience.
A week of therapeutic practice teaches you skills that last far beyond the retreat. You leave with:
At Pure Soul Yoga School, we offer a carefully designed range of pain management therapies to help relieve pain caused by long hours of sitting, stress, and modern lifestyle strain. Each therapy is added to your program based on a doctor / Ayurvedic consultation — and charged individually — ensuring a safe, personalised healing plan where you only pay for the treatments your body actually needs.

Sadhana & Meditation — the day begins with nervous system grounding and guided meditation to reduce mental stress, anxiety and the burnout that builds up from chronic work pressure and pain.
Hatha Yoga & Pranayama — a structured morning practice specifically focused on spinal alignment, neck and back release, posture correction and breathing techniques that calm the nervous system and reduce pain perception.
Personalised Ayurvedic Care — your program begins with a doctor's consultation, and dedicated therapy windows each day are reserved for the treatments prescribed in your personal plan — to improve circulation, reduce stiffness and support deep physical recovery. One full-body massage is included; further treatments are added only as you need them.
Restorative & Therapeutic Yoga — an afternoon session designed around office posture correction and spinal decompression, helping the body undo the damage of long sitting hours and sedentary work patterns.
Satsang / Sound Healing — an evening wind-down through sound, community and light cultural experience to ease the mind and shift the nervous system out of stress mode.
Sattvic Ayurvedic Meals — three anti-inflammatory, dosha-balancing meals served daily, prepared to support healing from the inside and keep digestion light and easy throughout the program.
Rest & Digital Detox — structured downtime built into each afternoon for genuine nervous system recovery, not just a break between sessions.
There are several reasons why you should choose Pure Soul Yoga School for a Pain Management Yoga Retreat in Rishikesh. We provide a comprehensive, supportive and affordable experience suitable for anyone looking for natural, holistic pain relief.
