Pure Soul serve Healthy Food
Pure Soul Yoga School will not only help you to enter in yogic life but also take care of your health. Pure Soul Yoga School is known for its healthy and tasty Meals. We provide full care to hygiene and all meals are prepared by an expert. All eatables we provide are grown organically. We can't deny the fact that a “Healthy mind lives in a healthy body”. Most of the people think that practising yoga is enough for your body and soul. Pure Soul Yoga School is not only good at asana but also Pure Soul Yoga School provides full yogic life to their students. The food we eat is good for our body and mind.practising yoga with our healthy and organic meals give provide you with unlimited advantages. healthy food will help you to learn yoga faster and boost your self-confidence in your yogic journey.
You will be given Sattvic food three times a day, Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner, without any compromise on the quality. Besides the meals, the food includes salad and fruits. Each day would be different for you even in your dining room, as you would get to eat varieties of Indian food, which are highly nutritious. We ensure that after completion of the course, once you are back home, you will have good memories of your retreat and remember the healthy ayurvedic food.

06:15 AM | Shatkarma/Yogic cleansing (Before starting up with Yoga asanas, yoga cleansing will help you clean up your eyes, respiratory systems and tone up your intestine) |
06:30 AM | Pranayama and Chanting (As soon as you are done with yoga cleansing, yoga pranayama and mantra chanting will give you a boost for yoga asana. It will bring a lot of positivity and energy to your body, mind and soul |
07:30 AM | Yoga Asana (Till at this time your mind and body is ready for yoga asanas. Pure Soul Yoga School Yoga gurus will guide you and teach you various types of asanas during this session. check out the Pure Soul Yoga School asana course module) |
09:00 AM | Breakfast (When you are deep down on your yoga practise our kitchen staff is preparing a healthy and energy morning meal) |
10:30 AM | Yoga Anatomy (After eating nutritious morning meal, it time to learn about yoga anatomy) |
11:30 AM | Yoga Philosophy (Our expert yoga philosophy teachers will properly explain to you about yoga philosophy) |
12:30 PM | Lunch (You might be tired after sitting for yoga anatomy and philosophy class, Our Kitchen staff will prepare you the Fresh Indian lunch.) |
03:30 PM | Self-practice / Group discussions (You will only learn if you will practise it on your own. This afternoon, the group discussion will be implemented which will increase your bonding between our teacher and Student of your class) |
