We understand that plans can change. This policy explains how deposits, cancellations and date transfers work for every course and retreat at Pure Soul Yoga School. It applies to all programs across our Rishikesh, Bali, Goa, Kerala and Nepal locations.

1. Advance Deposit

An advance payment of 20% of the total course or retreat fee is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is payable on arrival.

The advance deposit is non-refundable. It cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or applied to a different program.

2. Cancellations

  • Cancellations are accepted at any time — simply inform us by email at info@puresoulyogaschool.com. There is no separate cancellation fee.
  • The advance deposit is not refunded on cancellation.
  • No refunds are issued for early departures, missed sessions, or courses not completed.

3. Transferring Your Booking to a Future Date

If you are unable to attend, your deposit stays valid for the same program for up to 12 months from your original start month. Just write to us and we will move your booking to a future batch, subject to availability.

  • The transfer applies to the same program only.
  • Course dates can be changed only once.
  • Transfer requests should be made in writing (email is sufficient).
