Visa & Travel Help
- Nepal offers visa on arrival for most nationalities at Kathmandu and other entry points — simple and traveller-friendly (check your country's requirements before flying). We're happy to help with supporting documents.
- Fly into Pokhara International Airport — a short drive from our Begnas Lake centre — or into Kathmandu, from where Pokhara is a short domestic flight or a scenic tourist-bus ride. Pickup can be arranged at extra cost.
- Batches run every month, all year round — October-November and March-April bring the clearest Himalayan views; winter is quiet and crisp (pack warm layers).

How much does the 200-hour yoga teacher training in Nepal cost?
The early-bird fee (booking 2 months in advance) is $1,575 for a private room or $1,300 for a shared room — regular prices $1,650 and $1,400. The fee covers your full 23-day residential stay: accommodation, three sattvic meals daily, all classes, the training manual and your certification. You reserve your seat with a 20% deposit.
When do batches start, and how long is the course?
A new batch begins on the 1st of every month, all year round, and runs to the 23rd — 23 days of full immersion beside Begnas Lake in Pokhara. Pick the month that suits you and book your seat.
Are visas and flights included in the price?
We wish we could cover everything, but unfortunately, visa fees, airplane tickets, and PCR tests (if required) are not included in the price. The good news: most nationalities can get a Nepal visa on arrival, and we're happy to help you with any information you may need to make your travel arrangements.
Will my certificate be recognised by Yoga Alliance?
Yes — the training is delivered by a Yoga Alliance-registered school (RYS 200). After completing the course you're eligible to register as an RYT 200, and your certificate is recognised globally.
