Each style offers unique benefits that help you improve balance, awareness, and inner harmony.
Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga is called the mother of all yoga styles because it serves as the base for almost every other style of yoga. In hatha yoga, you are trained to balance body and mind through yoga postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques. Hatha yoga together represents the union of opposites by balancing the sun and moon energies. Understanding the body, hatha yoga forms the perfect gateway for anyone starting their yoga journey or aspiring to become a teacher.
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic style of yoga that blends breath and movement in a continuous, flowing sequence. Also in this style of yoga, each movement is carefully coordinated with inhalation and exhalation to create a rhythmic flow that strengthens the body and calms the mind. For every yoga student, learning Ashtanga Vinyasa is more than just a yoga style; it provides a powerful framework for leading dynamic, moving meditation.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Experience the creative sequences of vinyasa flow yoga based on the classical teachings of T. Krishnamacharya and celebrated as a central practice in today’s yoga traditions. During this training, you will explore a variety of sequences, including free-flow sequences and hip-opening flows designed to improve your strength and movement fluidity.
