Visa & Travel Help

  • Indonesia offers visa on arrival for many nationalities at Bali's Ngurah Rai (Denpasar) International Airport — check your country's requirements before flying, and we're happy to help with supporting documents.
  • Our retreat is in the Ubud area, about a 1.5-hour drive from the airport. Pickup can be arranged at extra cost; just ask when you book.
  • Bali is warm all year: April to October is the dry season with the clearest days, and the November-March green season brings lush landscapes and quick tropical showers — tell us your dates and we'll advise what to pack.

How much does the yoga retreat in Bali cost?

The 5-day retreat is $699 for a single private room or $899 for a double private room (both currently 20% off the regular price) — including your stay, all meals, every session and one Balinese spa session. You reserve your place with a 20% deposit. Longer or shorter stays are quoted personally within 24 hours.

Can I start on any date, and can the length be customised?

Yes to both. The retreat runs all year round and begins on the date you choose, and while the signature program is 5 days, longer or shorter stays can be arranged — tell us your dates and goals and we'll build the retreat around you.

Is a spa session included?

Yes — one complimentary Balinese spa session is part of the 5-day journey (Day 2: Rise, Cleanse and Begin). Additional spa sessions and massages can be booked during your stay.

Do I need a visa for Bali?

Many nationalities can get a visa on arrival at Denpasar airport — quick and straightforward. Check your country's specific requirements before you travel, and we're happy to help with any supporting documents.

Rules for the Student
  • During the retreat, alcohol, meat, and tobacco are strictly forbidden, as they disturb concentration, energy levels, and overall well-being.
  • All students should follow school guidelines.
  • If you plan to fast on any day, please inform the kitchen chief in advance to help minimise food waste.
  • Always show respect to fellow participants, teachers, and staff members to maintain a peaceful environment.
  • Arrive on time for classes, sessions, and workshops to ensure an effective experience for everyone.
  • Throughout the retreat, students are encouraged to maintain a clean and healthy lifestyle.
Refund Policy

An advance payment of 20% of the total fee is required to confirm your booking. This amount is non-refundable; however, it can be adjusted toward a future date for the same program (within 12 months of your original start month). It cannot be adjusted or used in any other way.

  • Cancellations are accepted, but the advance deposit will not be refunded.
  • There's no separate cancellation fee — simply inform the school via email if you need to cancel.
  • If you're unable to attend for any reason, your deposit stays valid for the same program for up to 12 months from your original start date.
  • Please note: retreat dates can be changed only once.
