Born and raised in the spiritual city of Rishikesh, Ashutosh Ji was introduced to yoga from an early age. Growing up in an environment where yoga was deeply woven into daily life, he developed a natural passion for the practice. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Yogic Science from Patanjali University, followed by a Master’s degree in Yoga Therapy from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University. Since then, he has dedicated himself to sharing the authentic teachings of yoga while helping students improve their physical and mental well-being.
