Aacharya Vimal Sharma began his yogic journey at the young age of eleven. With more than a decade of teaching experience in Yoga Teacher Training programs at renowned yogashalas in Rishikesh, he specialises in Yoga Philosophy, Meditation, and Yoga Nidra.
